Hope For The Hopeless

    1 Peter 1:3-4 - Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to  obtain  an inheritance  which is  imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you.

          It's hard to find hope in the world we live in today. It's easy to find ourselves in a place of hopelessness when surrounded by so many negative events both in the outside world and within our own lives. Possibly the heaviest burden we try to carry is that of past mistakes and failures. Even if you've fallen, even if you've failed, even if everyone else has rejected you, Christ will not turn away from you. He came first and foremost to those who have no hope. He comes to those that no one else would go to and offers eternal hope and peace. 

     Only you can cast your burdens, your hopelessness on to the Father. No one else can take away your mistakes and failures. Only God can erase them. Only you can cast your cares on the one who cares for you. Know that there is hope for the hopeless. God has told us not to put our faith and hope in the world or others around us, but to put our faith and hope in Him because only He is the  ... "Hope For The Hopeless".
